Terms of Service, Warranty & Return Policy Repair Terms & Conditions

Refunds:
All sales are final. Refunds are not available for repairs. We use high-quality aftermarket parts unless OEM are specifically requested and approved by the customer. By signing this agreement, you approve the use of these parts and understand that part sources are proprietary and will not be disclosed. 

Warranty Terms (30 Days):
Covers: Part defects or installation issues: Exchanges may be available within 30 days for defective parts, as long as the part is intact and shows no signs of wear, damage, or tampering. If a part is scratched, cracked, or otherwise damaged, even if it’s reported as defective, it will void the warranty and we cannot exchange it. Does not cover: Devices with structural damage. Physical damage after repair (cracks, drops, water, etc.). Tampering or third-party intervention. Devices not returned in the same condition. Any signs of misuse or impact. Warranty is void if the screen or part is scratched, chipped, cracked, or has visible wear. 

Risk of Repairs:
While most repairs are successful, there is always a risk. Devices that are water-damaged, dropped, or have internal damage may stop working completely after being opened. This includes issues that were not visible before repair. U Tech Care is not responsible for any new issues that arise during or after repair.

Please back up your data before service. U Tech Care does not access, store, or recover your personal data. We are not responsible for any lost data. 

No Responsibility for Accessories and left/unclaimed devices:

Please remove all accessories (including cases, SIM cards, SD cards, and similar items) before leaving your device for service. U Tech Care is not responsible for any accessories left with the device. Devices not picked up within 7 days after repair completion, repair refusal, or the last customer contact may be subject to storage fees up to 14 days. Devices remaining unclaimed after 14 days will be considered abandoned property. U Tech Care reserves the right to dispose of such property at its sole discretion, including resale or recycling, and shall not be held liable for any data, personal content, or device value. 

Right to Refuse Service:
U Tech Care reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time.

Payment Terms:

If repair is unsuccessful, a non-refundable $50 diagnostic/labor fee applies. Devices will not be released until payment is received. 

Full payment is due at job completion.  Payment methods accepted: Zelle  /  Venmo  /  Amex  /  Visa  /  Master Card  /  Cash
